I think they should introduce a new rule that any team that doesnt pay their players and staff on time should be penalised 10 pts for each of the first 2 transgressions then automatic relegation for a 3rd transgression. That would be you in the Isthmian year after next. Cant really agree with that swordy, maybe a points deduction for unfairly sacking a manager ?

Who let you out of the rubber room?

No issues since our new CEO came on board though and players have re-signed, so I hate to disappoint (for now...)

The quack who turned out to be a big fraud is no longer backing them is he? If so I respect them much more for playing on a level playing field this time and not chucking 3/4K a week at players. I think they will be near the top of the division next season and hopefully will be as well. Must of been hard for them to attract certain targets for next season not knowing if they were being relegated or not these few past months.

Dr Humaidi is very much still in charge. Has recruited a top CEO Damian Irvine (Google him), we knownn director of football, Steve Lovell, a top young German manager, Dennis Gottrieb who has already signed some impressive players. Things are looking very positive.

Well judging by past performance their players better keep a lot of cash in their bank accounts.

Rebuilding the squad slowly, methodically and efficiently.2 top keepers signed. A high class German centre back, Mike West and Josh Payne already in midfield. No rush to build a competitive squad. It was the mistake we made last year. Signing mediocre players simply to get numbers signed on. There is, of course, no rush this year.

Signing mediocre players to get numbers up? Seems strangely familiar...
