With many non leagues saying they are planning for a September start (KCL yesterday and NL last week for instance) surely we will need to hear something from the club soon? . Pubs were planning on opening in June, and that went well

KCL are working towards but pretty much said it was going to be unachievable. But I agreed, the club will need to need to start up their engines soon.

when he played for us, it used to take Jai Reason about 5 years to turn full circle too. Well its all about opinions and imo Jay Reason was a decent player. Surprised when Jay released him to be replaced by some second rater from Woking, whose name I can't even remember. Whoever it was he was culled by the boy wonder pretty quick. But there again this was Jay at a time when he signed Quigley and Mullings another right hopeless pairing. Before bbj gets too upset let me say JS1 got it right a heck of a lot more than he got it wrong, but it wasn't his best time at the club. Ah, bless you STC for caring about my feelings!...…..yes, I may be totally wrong, but wasn't JS1's bad time at the club when he was a) Having huge personal issues at home and b) Lacking the correct management support infrastructure at MUFC he subsequently found did exist elsewhere when he helped out at Bromley? Lets be honest, Jai Reason was hit and miss for us. Overall a good player, but too often not firing on all cylinders. He could be excellent in phases, and then a spectator for whole periods of a game. An undoubtedly talented Non-League pro, but a very frustrating one to watch as a supporter.

Totally right about Jay. We will need a decent holding midfielder next season, preferably with some good experience, maybe Jai fits the bill, maybe not.

Thanks, STC, that's why he's wasted at Margate! Mind you, he has strong ties there as well as at JWW. And anyway, we still have in-Hak-we-trust. I think. Do we? Really think its time for the club to start showing some stirrings of activity to start preparing for a new season in a few months time so we don't miss out on the best pick of a plethora of players who are out there looking for homes and leave it until its a smaller pond to fish in like we seemed to last close season, or Olboy may come back on the forum panicking again.
