I'm over 70, but my Wii Fit gives me a physical age of 40, so I'll still be turning up.
Although on my last body test, the Wii gave me a physical age of 20, so it's just possible that it lies....

Could it be because he reads your posts on this forum😉☺️? However, Cove the Gunt (thank you Plastic Passion for that wonderful soubriquet), suggests this morning that 'hospitality' will the the last thing to leave lockdown. While probably stating the obvious, nevertheless, that is gloomy news for all in the hotel, pub and restaurant trade.

Has anyone tried any of the Maidstone pub collection/delivery services?
Was going to try a mixed case from Greene King, until seeing one of their licencees complaining how badly he had been treated.

Yes, as previously mentioned the rifle volunteer is doing collection/(local) delivery service. Page 2 I believe I have put the details, his name is Alex. We use it every week. He is doing very well with it, actually run out of beer last week so had to turn customers down until Tuesday when he got a delivery in... All back to normal now though

Fischer's are delivering 18 or 36 pint polypins of all their range. I haven't used this as it's a bit much for me to get through. I've had Fischer's from Alex in the rifle and it's a good service/beer. The cellars are doing a collection service. Pre order and pick up Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 5-7 except Saturday 4-6. Check the Facebook page for the range of cans, draught and keg. And contact details. They are a bit pricier but good.

Whilst appreciating times are tough for these businesses its difficult to see how collecting alcohol from a licenced premises fits with any of the four reasons currently allowed for leaving your house.

It has been clarified that purchasing alcohol is acceptable. You personally may disagree but you are not the rule maker. Also off licences are allowed to be open so the premises are operating as such. They are also imposing strict'social distancing' protocols, certainly stricter than any of the supermarkets I've been to. Also only one of the ones I mentioned are doing collections the others are delivering.
