We're all anxious but we might be able to reduce it a bit if we use our enforced quarantines to achieve some small goals. Much easier said that done I know.
How about coming up with some ideas that each other can use so that, in some small ways, we come out of this situation better than we went into it.
My three aims are:
1. Lose a bit (lot) of weight. 2. Keep in contact with family and friends that I've neglected a bit in the past 3. Give the house a bloody good clean up.

If there’s no barbers open will we all have daveu hairstyles

With the gym not being open I got my bike out for the first time in months and went for a 40 minute ride this morning. To be honest I'd forgotten how enjoyable it could be, much better than going nowhere on an exercise bike.
Downside. If there’s no barbers open will we all have daveu hairstyles
I've got this one sussed, I have my own clippers. One day I may be able to use them correctly and stop walking around with a bald brain.

Read as many of the 500 books on my shelf that need reading 2. Re -listen to the 700+albums that I have 3. Finally finish unpacking stuff from when I moved 2.5 years ago.

I suppose I could finally tidy the cellar. That should take me through to July at least...
Although, after the last two days of Mrs JDL's anxiety level off the top of the scale, I might just go and live in the cellar.

Alphabetical order of artist then albums chronologically, here. My wife has classical composers by surnames, pop artists by Christian name - so Michael Bublé is next to Mozart. Almost grounds for divorce.

At the moment they are in no particular order but I usually separate each genre and then alphabetically by artist. About half of them are still in boxes in the airing cupboard. I am currently listening to Meaty, beaty, big and bouncy by the Who

I didn't know they wrote an album about you???
My genres chronologically were Two Tone - synth - indie (> Madchester > Brit Pop) so some all-time favourite bands (all seen live) are Madness, Depeche Mode, OMD, Housemartins, Inspiral Carpets, Charlatans... and the genre-defying Proclaimers.
I'm guessing you're more on the Rock side of things. My only dabble there was the Garden Party (M Keynes 1986, all-day gig Magnum - Mamas Boys - Jethro Tull - Gary Moore - Marillion...)

I love 1920/30's blues and jazz, 60's and 70's music, the more obscure the better. Add to this heavy metal and punk and lots of ska, reggae and rock steady. Utterly despised 99% of 80's music and as for modern day popular music they all need shooting.

My LPs are just in the 'order' I last put them (and, anyway, on the cellar!). Real men don't sort! I have tried to organise my books, though, just to make it easier to find things, but every attempt has failed. And, anyway, this way I am always finding books I'd forgotten I'd bought!
