Best hope now has to be game abandoned. Completely fcked by the weather and regardless of result, now have Elokobi and Cheismain out for three games. Complete, total pisser. Can they hang on, or just how much damage is this going to do to our goal difference?

My Wiltshire source informs me that the local council has already cancelled loads of events including the market because of the incoming storm . It's not looking good. Wiltshire source? Whats that like on chips?

Sort of got away with, you'd think and purely from listening to Stoneslive, if we'd kept ten on the pitch, a draw was more than possible and even a win not out of the question. Speaking of questions, are George and Noah out on Tuesday, or will their three match ban start next Saturday?

Yep and I didn't make the trip although I was down the Gallagher.
Nothing to say but feel disappointed at the result.
A loss against a relegation sort of team in shocking conditions no doubt.
Add to that 2 red cards and that is bad, bad, bad.

The first one was debatable, George's was a definite but if the ref had seen the offside flag he would have blown before the tackle was made so possible grounds for appeal. The yellow cards were nothing and not deserved and I think the ref didnt really take the conditions into account. No arguments with the game being on as the pitch coped very well. Yes we lost but all credit to the 9 guys who didnt give up and we could have snatched a draw with a little more luck. All in all not too bad a game in atrocious conditions.

Corne made a sliding tackle in the first minute on the attack and got booked. You just knew then it was going to be one of them games. Referee was poor. Johnson and Cole also back, which should bolster us. Funny game though. Normally would be gutted, but 9 men against 12, we were never going to win. We could’ve sneaked a draw though.

The same linesman that should’ve given a stone wall penalty for Ross Marshall when his shirt was pulled in the box second half. Atrocious officialdom all round today. They were even worse than the weather. Only consolation Bacardi and coke only £2.80.

And remember, we're nailed on for the playoffs. Only in the same way as Jesus was nailed on the cross...

Decent interview by John post match. No great drama, disappointed but accepted that the sendings off were probably fair enough. Cost us the match and potentially 3 points. Simple enough. We just have to move on now, but with the left hand side of the team seriously weakened. Everyone always knew that the push for the play offs would depend upon the team being able to put out its best X1 or near enough. What was looking a good prospect a few days ago is looking a fair bit less rosy now.
