After tonight I reckon the best we can hope for is a lucky 2-2 in front of 1250 deluded believers we can still make play offs which officially is recorded as 1750 due to the mystical secret ST factor.
Let’s face it, things just don’t feel at all right at the club at the moment and unless the managers turn this around in the next two to three games our season is going to die a mid table death sooner rather than later.

Early days to write the season off, but it does seem like that at the moment. Doesn't feel like we've made any real progress since going down. Even one of the Clown's worst teams could have beaten us tonight. No disrespect to JS2, but I don't think he and HH are the answer. I'm happy to give them the rest of the season to prove me wrong, but I'd be very surprised if HH was still here after April.

I’ll go for a sloppy 1-1 draw.
It feels things have stagnated a bit. JS2 and HH have been here long enough now that we’ve seen how things are going to be in terms of style of play, Recruitment etc.
I think our best work has been getting Ryan Gordon’s recommendations at the club, as despite the talk of JS2s scouting network the conditions appear only to be “have your played under me or for Barnet”. HH I’ve never warmed to and don’t really understand what he offers.
Lower- Mid table below the playoffs is realistic

Tough call this one. At the start of the season I predicted an easy home banker but on recent performances I just dont know. Oxford got turned over 4-1 last week by Braintree, a team who have been very poor of late. My heart says win but my head says defeat then again my heart has always been more sensible than my head so a 1-0 win in front of 1550.

I said Hakan was rubbish, he is also not fully with it. Anyone care to reappraise Steve McKimm's performance in this league on their budget?

Well, it's a home game on a Saturday and I'm not ill, injured or at a funeral, for a change - so that's a bonus to start with! Hopefully Chesmain will be back and Ibby will have his scoring boots on, so I'm going for 2-0 in front of 1,590. And hopefully better chips than last night...

Very impressed with the way Tonbridge played against us recently.Excellent passing and movement. Composed in defence and midfield. Good job we had Chris Lewington that night. McKimm might be one to look to when The Comic Duo disintegrate.

JDL and Sword predicting we'll keep a clean sheet? Have they run out of meds at Maidstone Hospital?

JDL and Sword predicting we'll keep a clean sheet? Have they run out of meds at Maidstone Hospital? More because of the fact that Oxford are shite rather than our defence is good.

Only 3 points shiter than us, and have scored in every game since Sep bar 2 games v Dartford... I'll say 1-1 (Temelci).

McClure has gone, Edwards has gone, Amaluzor and Olutade are on the naughty step and Wishart seems to be doing a Bobby Joe Taylor as emergency full back. Not sure, but think that now means Ibs Akanbi is our only forward at the moment?

Further to the above, the club website only lists goalkeepers, defenders, midfield and 'loans'!

Given loan players and those destined for somewhere else, methinks you are correct. Only one oven ready forward at present and not surprising he is beginning to look a bit weary. Just another injury and - - - -. But I would still like to see the 'can't be bothered players' moved on asap, so bad for team norale let alone us supporters, short term pain for long term gain. John Still needs to produce some magic and quickly in the transfer/loan market.
