17 didn't look bad, but gets subbed after just 20 mins! Injured? Baffling if not....

Let’s wait and listen to the excuses again. Since going full time we have been awful. John and hak have no clue at the moment.

January 2011, I braved the cold and dark and watched us get knocked out of the KSC by Ebbsfleet, 2 leagues above us, watched by a crowd of 77 people at swamplands, 9 years on and it's a case of history repeating, only difference is we are back in Maidstone and beaten by a club in the same league!

I’d take mid-table and some passing football.
I doubt we practice passing and movement in training though.

First half we competed with the ref to see who could be worse. Not sure who won that.
Our tactics seemed "interesting" as we didn't appear to have anyone playing on the right side of midfield.
Second half so much better. Looked like we knew what the object of the game was (mostly).
No Iffy, Amaluzor or Olutade in the squad so even more lightweight up front than normal.
Injured ? or dropped following Hak's wrong assessment of Saturdays performance?

Oddly, it wasn't a bad game. Dartford wanted it more than us, and could easily have won 3 or 4 nill (they missed a couple of absolute sitters), whereas we could have played all night and not scored. Our only decent shot was the last ball of the game when a long range shot from Boucard (?) hit the bar.
It will be interesting to see what people who saw both the St Albans game and this one have to say. This seemed better than what I heard of the St A game on SL, although with much the same outcome...
The one bright spot was our No 3, who came on about 20 mins into the second half - he looked the business. I didn't catch his name and I'm pretty sure I've not seen him before, but he looked too old to be one of the U23s - a trialist, perhaps?
But, overall, we look like a team who just don't care enough and with too many passengers. Defensively we are a bit of a mess and we seem to offer nothing up front. Even players like Kahn and Akanbi weren't impressive tonight. Rather worrying - was Akanbi's goal scoring just a flash in the pan, is Khan the player we thought he was? No one would buy either off us after tonight's performance.
Still, at least it didn't go to extra time/pens (far too cold for that!), and, to be honest, I don't care if I never see another KSFC game again - ever. And I'm pretty sure that's the first sub being subbed I've seen in a competetive game since at least Barry Fry's time!

Hak struggles to even remember his regular players names so you can’t expect him to remember who he’s put on and taken off when you give him trial lists and under 23s.

It was Boucard - so no need for the ? I've not seen him before, so wasn't sure who he was - hence the (?). He looked good, though. Him and Leandros Lillis (No 3) were the best of the bunch. Interesting surname, Lillis...
