About 30 HHT supporters. Not a bad turn out all considered.

0-0 all over it although we’ve been lucky not to concede at a few set pieces

Despite playing some great football in atrocious conditions.

Stones twitter now saying 0-0. Seems we had a good half time!

1-1 final score with a Big George header securing us a point.
Second half much better, Amaluzor made a positive impact coming on although some of our passing was a bit wayward where on another day we would of come away with all 3 points. Lewington barely tested in second half.
Tough game for many to stand out, but Knights decision making was a little suspect, unless he’s been told to hoof every ball no matter what to clear it

I thought it was as good a game as could be expected given the conditions. After a couple of early scares we settled down and played the ball on the deck and we're much the better side. Hemel scored from a free kick for a "handball" against Wishart, that actually came off his shoulder. Second half we were again much the better side, generally keeping the ball on the ground and playing to the conditions, but Hemel defended stoutly and continually threw bodies in the way. Equalised with an Elokobi header from a corner, and Temelici should have settled it but headed straight into the ground with a virtually open goal. Had a possible penalty shout but the ref awarded a free kick against Justin. Disappointing result but no complaints about the performance, controlled with lots of energy.

Surprisingly good game, considering the conditions - possibly the worst wind/rain I've seen at JWW. Neutrals would probably consider 1-1 a fair result, and they could be right, HHT were much better than I expected. But, I think we'd have won in better conditions, in the 2nd half we did everything except score the winner.
Bit disappointed in Akambi, but I'm not sure McClure did too much to convince mme that the sub was a good idea. Akambi is a goal poacher, McClure (at least at the moment) isn't. Amaluzor was on fire when he came on - so determined to score. At one point, he pushed Hoyte away so he could take the throw and then told Hoyte where to stand!
Suspect ref, though. Long time since I've moaned about the ref, but he was very poor today. Several yellows for us from 50-50 situations (which were mainly because of the wind and rain), but I don't remember HHT getting any, despite industrial scale shirt pulling, etc. Plus Amaluzor got his yellow for what should have been a pen for us! And the ref missed another pen for a clear handball. Their free-kick was awarded for what? I didn't see anything worth a free-kick - and how many yards did he move the wall back?? It was a very nicely taken free-kick, but it shouldn't have been given.

Agree with the previous summaries.
-We played most of the football. -Defences did very well. -Ref was a little dodgy. -Draw the fair result.
I wondered if MCClure was left out as he hasn’t committed to a longer spell with us. He seemed to be trying as hard as he could though when he came on.
Ibby has an off day. The other Ibby and Amaluzor to share in the workload?

Decided not to attend due to the conditions ,I was worried about getting stuck in Maidstone with public transport cancelled for flooding and blown down trees and the like. Sounds like I missed a good game despite the appalling weather. A tad disappointed that we couldnt collect the three points having read your reports that say we were much the better side but I suppose a point is better than nothing.

Why no trust in olutade? What is the point bringing him back when you don’t play him plus bringing on Mcclure instead of him is a joke especially as they must have known that Mcclure was not going to stay.

Looks more like a KSC 'crowd'!! Elvis quarter full, quite a few in the TE, massive gaps in the MS, few nutters getting soaked around the perimeter. Wind blowing the rain horizontally down the pitch. Glad I'm in row C and not out in this. Might be better if we hadn't got a 3G tonight... Working on the £10 a head basis, playing a match midweek in terrible weather costs the club £6,000 in lost income.
