Watching the footage from this vlog by a Tonbridge supporter, Donovan's equaliser is just an embarrassment (I was down the other end along the side, so I didn't have the best view). What the hell were our defenders doing? You can't just stand off and let the opposition play around your box like that. Slightly depressing. I don't think Stones TV highlights will make it appear any better. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MI6yhyv7BbA

Isn't the real problem that sometimes, Hak thinks players are better than what they are?

Isn't the real problem that sometimes, Hak thinks players are better than what they are? I suspect the real problem is that HH isn't the manager to rebuild this club. Without JS2's input, I fear we'd be looking at a lot worse than a mid-table finish. I have a great deal of respect for JS and his achievements, but I really cannot see what he sees in HH - which part of his record supports JS's belief in him? Not for one micro second am I suggesting changing managers mid-season- we all know where that can end up. But I would be pretty disappointed to find HH still running the team next July.

I have much more respect for JS2's achievements and judgement on all things football than a few moany old critics on this forum. Hence Hakan continues to have my full support.

I've said it before and I'll say it again HH is no better than the clown. It must be an Essex thing. Clown 2 as I shall now call him seems to have read and fully digested the Damien Richardson book of 1001 excuses for not winning but obviously missed the last page where Richardson commented that the real problem was him he was a shit manager.

Well you are nothing if you are not disrespectful sword. Have you ever even spoke to Hakan ? I have several times and always found him a really decent bloke, friendly, positive, full of enthusiasm and ambition for the club. He loves the supporters too even if you cannot stand him. Nothing like the clown you mention. I truly hope he proves the doubters like you wrong and next season sees the club driving onwards to the National League with or without your support

Whilst I have respect for what JS has achieved in his time in non league football we must appriciate that tactics that used to work 10 --20 years ago no longer work in todays modern football times have changed an so have modern day managers, I,m starting to get the impression that HH an JS are resting on there laurels of what they have achieved in the past. I hope I,m wrong but it worries me when HH stands on the touchline an does nothing to try an change the way a game is going. I,m like many others an am starting to worry where we will end up at the end of the season if we carry on like this. It,s no good winning one or two games then losing the next two or three. I imagine Havant are looking forward to Saturday far more than we are.

Nothing like the clown you mention. I truly hope he proves the doubters like you wrong and next season sees the club driving onwards to the National League with or without your support Yesterday he was dealt a very bad hand in terms of players available and maybe he struggled with it and maybe he hasn't proved himself yet, although one could argue it is impossible to prove himself with John along side him, (a problem with having joint managers is individual accountability) (I know officially they are not joint managers). It is reasonable for fans to have doubts about Hakan but it is far too early to pass judgement on him and totally agree with Nick's comments regarding comparisons with the clown. Hakan maybe hasn't proved himself as a manager with us YET but he has proved himself as a decent man who has been nothing but respectful to fans, players staff etc...so to compare him with HW is ridiculous!

Well said royalstone.
It would be nice if sword could make a New Years resolution to be nice to people and treat others as he would like to be treated himself Above all Hakan is a decent person, def liked by people that actually take time out to talk to him
Whether or not he is a success at the club, give him some more time, and above all respect !

In Hakans interview when asked about Saidou injury situation he gives a very ironic smirk ,that’s not going to help speculation. As previous post says just give us an update it’s all cloak and dagger all of a sudden ! Why did the interviewer ask most particularly about Saidou Khan's injury ? Whether a smirk or a smile, Hakan's response did not exactly clear the air. All this smoke and mirrors stuff, the EFL transfer window is now open, and there is some speculation. But is too much being read into nothing very much ? I guess the club would not want to say anything until everything is done and dusted. Or there's nothing to be reported, Saidou is staying put and we are just waiting his recovery from this slight but niggling injury,

Given he's been out so long, not sure why anyone would want to sign him until he's proved himself again. Hope he is staying. Hope he is back, fit again, soon.
