I went to Blackpool on a coach trip from East London, to see the illuminationsa few weeks after my 19th birthday. The coach left at 6.30am, got there at 12.30pm and we were told to be back by 6.30pm. It was a fine drizzle all day, the type that soaks you instantly, by the time we had got back on the coach, driven along the front and seen the lights through the steamed up coach windows it was now 10pm,and we had to endure the 6 hour drive back to London. I would like to go there for a proper weekend, but not at the start of December!

Was told in the pub last night that Streamline are running a coach to Blackpool at a cost of £35 per person. thought that was cheap enough The last time we had a coach from Streamline it was some MOT failure minibus with a crack in the roof. The people on the back row had to hold hands with the row in front to stop the rear end falling off, and damn near froze to death into the bargain

Hopefully imusc will be running at least one coach, possibly more if the demand is there.

Thats good value really considering the distance, still leaves some people like me driving up. Me an the boy are going up on the day before then driving back after the game. Long old day but a nice adventure. I do believe we may be able to nick a draw if we play to our strengths.
