Chichester City at home would be the best draw imo to give us the best chance of getting to the third round but other than them there aren't many lower ranked clubs than us left in so maybe a big club like Ipswich away? Having said that it would be nice to fill the Gallagher with a big home tie.

Lowest ranked side at home, until it's us, then biggest rank side away. Would be great for our players to have their moment in the spotlight, while am sure George would do a brilliant interview.

2nd round is all about getting to the 3rd, so lowest ranked team at home. No brainer.

Hoping for another home tie, if we can replicate yesterday we stand a good rough chance against anyone on the day. As mentioned I’d take the other lower ranked sides. Sods law its Sunderland or Gills away!

Sods law its Sunderland or Gills away! Sunderland or Gills away would be great. Sunderland would probably see a 20000 +crowd and possible TV or Gills would be a sell out and a definite TV as TV like a local derby. Let's also not forget we have an FA trophy draw before the main event, Dulwich Omelette away anyone?

If you're hoping for a bumper crowd at Sunderland in the early rounds of the FA cup you might be disappointed. Only 7000 there yesterday. Personally I rather a winnable tie at home to give us a chance for a crack at one of the big boys in the third round. For crowd size and financial gain United, City, Arsenal or Spurs, away would be fantastic.

Of the sides definitely through only Chichester and Boston are ranked lower than us. Interestingly all teams we have previously played in the second round Wrexham, Mk Dons & Oldham are still in the draw.

Your assertion may be true (too lazy to check myself) but we've played more than those three teams in the Second Round.
Unless of course you're reopening the new club/same club debate ?

Yeah I've only just seen the crowd and I am surprised it was that low but just shows the apathy towards this competition shown by the "big clubs" and their supporters. Arsenal or spurs away would be great only an hour up the road, but let's get through first shall we

As an addendum to the above I have just spoken to Wor Danny up in Gateshead and one possible reason for the poor attendance was the fact that the game was shown live in the pubs and clubs via some obscure euro sat channel.

Kingstonian are beating Macclesfield 3-0. As it stands them or Malden Tiptree would be a good fixture at home
