Let’s be honest most of the teams in the draw aren’t particularly inspiring once you don’t get the obvious 5 or 6! A home draw against a team one league up that hasn’t got an owner throwing buckets of cash at them is not bad Still a chance of going through if we can raise our game a bit

Indeed, we have nothing to lose by going for it, and have 7th in a row home advantage, so not a bad draw at all. Crowd should be higher, too. Could be a glorious day making the right sort of headlines! Crowd might be one less as in me getting fed up week after week at the Gallagher I want to go somewhere interesting so I may just find a different tie to go to Dulwich v Carlisle nice tie for a neutral?

I think it's a good draw. We can certainly win this one. Big mick can get his day out when we draw the Gills away in Round Two.

I think it’ll be a useful yardstick for how far we’ve come and how we shape up against a Conf side after the debacle of last season. Winnable, too....

Out of interest qualifying for the 1st round 6 seasons on the trot as a non league club is a new record for the club and another milestone set since we returned home so well done all concerned.

I also want to ask, and its a genuine question despite being somewhat pedantic, whether you're saying it's a club record or a non-league record? I've assumed just a club record but the wording does allow for either option.

I think it’ll be a useful yardstick for how far we’ve come and how we shape up against a Conf side after the debacle of last season. Winnable, too.... Indeed. This will be a better test of the players that we are still unsure of as whether they really are good enough to get us out of the NLS or not (i.e. all those outside of Jake, George, Ryan Dan, and Noah, maybe McClure) and what level they are really at, so that we can manage our expectations about making the play offs.
