I think the plan was that we recruited a replacement for Dan, he moved on and then we spent his wages on another player (maybe a striker). Seems now, although early, that we may be better off keeping Dan. Why not try him up front he can't do any worse than Edward's and who knows he maybe brilliant,after all Thierry Henry started his career at left back.

Why should he walk away for less money? Would you? He has done nothing wrong. Told the club he would rather stay at NL level like most did. He has kept his head down and did well Tuesday. Good luck to him

I though he had a very good game when he came on against Welling, I would be tempted to start with him and who knows if he does well enough someone may come in for at the next transfer window (do we still have a transfer window in the South) and take him off our hands, really can’t see the issue about him staying for the money it’s down to the previous manager for giving him a 2 year deal and who in there right mind would walk away from a guaranteed salary

He joined us in the autumn of 2018.

But no, there is no transfer window within the three NL divisions.
