Slightly OT but I just want to say £6.40 for two large diet cokes was fairly OTT. I’d expect that at Wembley for the FA cup final, not Stones Vs Herne Bay..

I swear some of our fans would run the club into the ground if they were ever in charge.... You mean people on this messageboard are not in charge of the club. Wow! You learn something new every day!

Here we go, Another season going to and fro Another season travelling here and there To many places, some are dismal but many fair And we'll live each and every second As we travel southern counties and beyond To places some of which we haven't been to And others more familiar to stop us feel ing blue For 9 months we will travel and keep winning Because that is the proper thing to do And in April we will all be singing National league we're all coming back to you.

Weymouth away - Feb 29!
First time I can remember us playing on a leap day.
And Weymouth too - back in the day, the only game ever cancelled because the players went on strike!

A very good point, I can't find any trace of a leap day game all the way back to the KCL days & reformation in the early 1990's ( might need Stones History Guy to fish around in the murky depths of the KCL to confirm this ).

I see that Saturdays game against Bromley is Not Segregated. Let’s hope that’s the norm for the season with the probable exemptions of Tonbridge and Wealdstone

I wanted us to limit any Bromley fans to the bridge between the trees or if they really do have to come into the ground put them in the corner of the Genco in front of the tea bar cordoned off from both the stand and from going along the riverside further than the corner flag just to give them a taste of what they give visiting fans at their place.

I agree with sword that the game v Bromley will not be very well attended However i do feel that segregation will be in place for all the league and cup games this season.

Bill said at present segregation this season will only be for games against Tonbridge, Dartford, Billericay and Wealdstone (there may have been one other but I cant remember)
