Someone feel free to research and add. I've done my statto bit for the night. Well.
Obviously there are 6 (or so?) teams to add/delete from last years list (and how to judge what impact the change in status will have on their attendances?).
The best average attendance last year was Woking at 1,709 so we can reasonably aspire to be the "best supported team in NLS" (as I think we probably were the last time?)
IGNORE THIS - IT TURNS OUT THAT GOOGLE POINTED ME TO SOME EARLY SEASON STATS - INSTEAD SEE RAYMONDO'S POST BELOW

Think Dulwich finished their season with a couple of sell outs. Depending on league position, they could beat us for attendances.

Nice one raymondo - turns out the stats I came up with (via google) were only to Sep-18 - some interesting changes later on in the season then.

Some 'big' grounds there, but are they any good? There is also the Halifax/Gateshead (etc) factor where the average gate is only a small percentage of the total. At the G, we were regularly at 50%, but looks like even in the NLS, 30% or less might be the norm for many clubs.

We have a team now, thank goodness, so we can fulfil our fixtures, and the bench can be filled with Academy players as Bill says, so no cause for the p word at all.

Think Dulwich finished their season with a couple of sell outs. Depending on league position, they could beat us for attendances. Dulwich had 3300ish for their last game not bad with a capacity of 3000. The capacity was recalibrated upwards using a standard formula for dimensions of ground, number of steps etc shortly after the club returned from exile last December. There were at least two lockouts and one all ticket match, but the attendance figures were different due to different numbers of season ticket holders attending. The original 3,000 was just a round number applied when the ground opened in 1992 and the club hadn't had an attendance remotely approaching that size for decades. A number of the figures for other clubs on the above list look vague or inaccurate. Hungerford have more than 170 seats and I think they were installing more this summer.

When our capacity was smaller, there was leeway to admit extra, rather than have unhappy people milling around outside. And there was one occasion when our away section was very snug, with extras allowed to stand in normally clear walkways. Sometimes the authorities have to make common sense decisions, for the sake of safety.
