Ok, I know a lot of you will answer this thread NONE because in some ways we mustn't look back, and I don't disagree with that.
However, now we are in NLS, and bearing in mind not all of the players who have left us over the past couple of years are or were complete duffers, or left willingly, so are there any you would want back for next NLS season, assuming they are genuinely available for an approach (We would all want Pigs but he is a happy L1 bunny now at the Wombles, for good reason).
Starter for ten for me could be Michee Efete and maybe Jamar just to save them from the Clown - but is Jamar too much like Justin?
I would also love a fit Flish bacvk because I loved his long throws (I know I'm in a minority on that one!) but bless him he gets injured too easily.
Thoughts?

BJT, Manny Parry are ones I’d like to see back. Tom Wraight didn’t have the best season in the VNL until towards the end but I wouldn’t be adverse to seeing him again.

JS2 & Hak have no links with previous MUFC teams, so it's a blank piece of paper for them - no need to look back & all possibilities equally treated. A great player to have back though would be Jack Doyle, the excellent full back we borrowed from Blackburn last autumn. Doesn't seem to have played anywhere since leaving us to return oop north. One benefit of still being full time would be to attract such people ( although it would severely test our budget ).

For me I,d like Tom Mills back a fit Parkinson and Manny Parry, Flish in my opinion had lost his pace he would be a very good impact sub who could come on an maybe change a game but do not think he could manage a whole season in the NLS other than that I cant think of many others.

As full back was a position we didn't fill well at all last year, it would be worth the gamble. All good teams build from a sound defence.

Tom Wraight is an interesting one. I don't think we got to see what he could do, due to persistent injuries. As you say, he started to give glimpses once he got a little run of games together at the end of the season. Overall I think he was a bit unlucky.

Not a fan of Tom Wraight really. Hopefully we can do better. Liked Lokko, Parry and Finney. Would be happy to see any of them in Black and Amber again. Doyle obviously a good full back but geography makes it unlikely If we have to start afresh in midfield, then I for one will be happy enough. Past players not good enough or past their best. Same goes for up front. I expect we will see many new faces and imo not a bad thing.

Thoughts? Why do Efete & Jamar need saving?? In Jams case he had his chance to return to us, but refused because he wanted to go to Billericay. So as far as I'm concerned he made his own bed he can sleep in it. Also going by what ricay fans have been saying he ain't been very good for them anyway.

Finney was like WDH - let too many goals in too easily but Manny Parry always seemed solid.

Replacing him with Acheampong was one of our strangest decisions we made in the last 3 seasons.

Warren Barton. A full back who can play as a full back.
Failing that i would not be opposed to jack doyle and Laurie Wilson coming back they helped shire up our shite defence.

Do you think he could still do a job for us? Perhaps Butler and Charlery would come out of retirement as well
