Obvious candidate is McMahon any other serious contenders? I’m not sure that Darryl McMahon would be any better than HW really. Still relatively inexperienced and, as others have also correctly stated, has only known success when he’s had a bottomless wallet. we need someone who knows the NL inside out. Problem is, who’s available.....

I posted somewhere else that Mark Yates is surely a good fit if he's happy to come to Kent. He transformed Solihull last year before getting found out in the League. Good Conference record with Kidderminster too.

Chris Kinnear for me totally proven at this level So you want to replace Harry's hoofball with Kinnear's hoofball. And don't forget he was sacked by Dover with an even worse record than Harry's.

Jay & Steve. I'm sure they have both learned a lot over the past few weeks as has the Club from Directors down to Supporters. In all probability we will need someone who can get us out of NLS next season whoever is appointed for the remainder of this season.

I don't think you give Kinnear the credit he deserves he's just a winner on a crap budget for years a Dover. Over his managerial career he has played with lots of different formations and styles depending on the players available to him plus the opposition. I once heard another manager discribed him as the chess master and that sums him up he is a winner on and off the pitch!

Mark Yates would be the ideal choice. Paul Hurst the dream option if he wanted to take the job. Daryll Clarke also a good option but see it as unlikely. If we go down and the new manager does not want to continue in the NLS then possibly opt for McMahon

Being very, very ambitious Gary Bowyer Or Lee Clarke.
In all honesty, not a clue. Hopefully not Martin allen. Would have probably been Pennock if he hadn’t gone to Asia.

Kinnear hates 3g and McMahon is untested so Yates possibly but certainly HAS to be someone experienced at NL level and above and not a novice. Tough decision for owners but have more faith in them after having the guts to dismiss HW.
