Gone 3pm and still no news from the club.
Were the players due back for training today? If so, anyone been down the club?
Whoever takes over has only got two days to prepare for a very hard game, so the club needs to get this sorted out asap.

With 63 league points still to fight for it's certainly not to late especially with a half decent group of players. Yer we might loose one or two but we will probably gain one or two as well. I don't believe at this stage of the season their would be lot's of players looking for moves most will probably wait until May. One thing iam sure of is no one will thank the club for bringing out the white flag at this stage. Because continuing with a inept substandard manager for the sake of it will say just that! Remember Jay almost kept us up when he took over from Fordy so if we must go down let's do it fighting and scraping for every point. Because that sprite will help everyone for next season. And you never know the great escape is possible but not under Wheeler. Of course who ever appointed Wheeler might lose a little face but no way near as much as driving on in the wrong direction when it's obvious your lost!

I think if wheeler was going he would have gone by now and so it looks like the owners are to scared to make the decision that the club and it's fans need. It's either that or they truly don't give a toss about our feelings . I fear Wheeler will still be in charge come Saturday and we will be humiliated once again.

There is also the issue that our management team consists of three, all of them came from Bill&Ricay! Do we sack all three or get rid of Harry and hope they resign or do we want the other two to stay? After his interview at Woking I would like Tristan Lewis to step up until a new manager can be found with the experiance we wanted in the first place! Tristan voiced opinions consistent with most fans that day and I liked the bloke. No no no no no Lewis is part of this comedy act. they all have to go massivly out of there depth.

I fear you are right Sword65 he would have gone before 12.00 if he go at all. I have only seen bad side of this club but would like good side sooner rather than later

In hindsight we should have gone for Garry Hill, has a good record at Ebsfleet since he took over. I think you did

With Jay's private life issues I can't help but think they could have given him some slack. His head probably wasn't 100% in it.
Not sure what to think anymore everything is pretty shit and the team I've supported for so long just ain't the same anymore.

It's all a guessing game at this stage. But my own take on today is that the owners will have made a decision which 99% of us hope will result in Harry's dismissal. BUT a new manager, even a caretaker, must be in place when the decision is made public. Full coaching session tomorrow with focus on Saturday's match. Not a good time to be in Terry and Oliver's shoes. But the sacking is the easy peasy bit, shoe-horning a replacement and a contract signed within 24 hours (plus back-room staff) must be nearly impossible. Supporters can live in hope but a new face for Saturday is a big, big ask and maybe represents an overdose of wishful thinking. We all know what the problem is but implementing the solution is something else.

If the owners are too stupid to see not only are we terrible on the pitch but off it the mood is already seemingly beyond repair. They will kill off the club.

Nearly the end of the day and still no announcement of HWs sacking is very worrying. Oliver, you raised our hopes please don't dash them. Jay Saunders, Tristan Lewis,Kinnear, macMahon, anyone but HW would restore hope for us all.

The decisions they have to take are more complex than most are prepared to accept but they will be made. I will remain supportive of the mNgement

This is getting worrying. After Saturday's 'result' and Oliver's tweet, I wasn't expecting Harry still to be in charge Saturday. But now only one day to go.
If the team runs out Saturday with Harry still in the dugout, it's going to be a nightmare. The players clearly aren't playing for him, the fans will be totally pissed off, and BW are not a shit side like Dover.

Nothing will happen to at least January 1st..
