I would guess we have a huge fan base that was not born before 2012.

I'm sure you are right nws but it's not really about memory loss. For most supporters, our first hand experience of Stones only dates back to the club's return to the town. That may be true Nick but still you have to allow those that do remember further back to enjoy those memories. I'm not sure enjoy is the right word, JB

I'm not sure enjoy is the right word, JB I may not have enjoyed all the results over the years but I always enjoy going to the matches both home an away, it,s always been and hopefully always will be enjoyable, so for me personally I used the right word this time round.

Hi Chaps I know NWS has passed on the kind words you've said about me, but I'd just like to do it personally as well. As some of you know when your in hospital and feeling down, you need a pick me up, well, I certainly got it from you boys. I was told that people are rooting for you on the Maidstone forum, I thought what a fantastic gesture from my second club. I've been going through the posts on here as well as Fleets with tears streaming down my face, yes I've been told many times I'm a silly old sod. Once again I appreciate all the kind words on here. We battle once again next season, the only games I don't want you to win are against us.!!!!! Just one word for the NHS,FANTASTIC, they acted so quickly for me, that they may well have saved my life. Phil.

Phil. All the best for a quick recovery, Phil. I've been in hospital enough recently to not want to EVER go back into one again, so I know how you feel. The NHS is indeed fantastic, but, once you're feeling better, the last place you want to be is stuck in hospital. One night on my last 'visit', I had the English Champion Snorer one side of me and a bloke being violently (and noisily) sick every half hour the other side. Not to mention a guy with a VERY loud voice at the other end of the ward who thought he was being kept prisoner and kept shouting "I know my rights, you know!". Get well (and home) soon.

I came home yesterday. I asked to be moved after going onto the normal ward, I got next to a bloke who continually kept shouting out f------ hell, even in the middle of the night. They did move me as they didn't want me getting stressed out. I had a two bed ward to myself.

Whilst we're all in such a lovey mood - DH won their play-off today and climb out of the IP for the first time in their history.
That's assuming the NS accept their promotion, playing at someone else's ground and with all their troubles...
It would be the ultimate irony if DH finally got their promotion and were then refused because of all the shite going on at home.
