It feels like an absolute joke that we did so well in the early part of the season winning away and now losing to the same opponents at home. Most people are banging on about Alex Finney missing through injury in defence , the other issue more importantly is that we don't score enough goals up front or are unable to win matches when we are leading. Too many long balls hoofed up in the air up front in panic when other teams play it on the deck which allows them to create their chances. We play without passion , so is it a wonder that the atmosphere has died out of late amongst the supporters. Another mass exodus towards the exit gates with 10 minutes to go yesterday and the main stand looked quite bare. Over 2000+ in the crowd yesterday but numbers will be dwilling down has people get fed up to be dished out the same rubbish !.

The few games I have seen have shown me that along with the table stats. We have scored enough goals if we were defending properly

Currently don't think there can be anything other than an "unexpected win". Gave up expecting a win a few games back. You do realise Phil that a few younger oiks on the Fleet forum will not appreciate you posting here! I tend to agree with you. Jay is a class act and I wanted him instead of Brown and Day. A strong Kent presence in the Conf. is highly desirable, Fleet Stones Bromley Dovres and Dirtford next year augers well for some great local derbies, decent gates and the chance for bragging rights. I'm shaking in my boots.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those that want the ball don't get it, those that do, just want to get rid of it. For those wanting Jay out, be careful what you wish for.

I’m not blaming Jay, I blame the players it’s all too easy to sack the manager and then lo and behold they begin to play again, there are a number of players who need to have a hard look at themselves and give Jay the performances he deserves, he sounded totally pissed off after yesterday’s game and who can blame him, he gives the players instructions and I’m not convinced they follow them, the goal we conceded was poor, I was confident yesterday before I saw the team sheet and then I saw Magnus’s name and my heart sunk, he is so far out of his league it’s scary, I wouldn’t pick him again...Rant over

When we win or lose, it’s all about the team. Not just the players, not just the manager. It’s a combination of all of the staff.
It’s a horrid run and although yesterday was frustrating, we have played worse and won.

Now is the darkest and loneliest hour for any football manager. Some fans calling for you to be sacked, owners wanting results and players not producing the things you are asking of them. Jay Saunders has enough credit in the bank to ensure my continued support. I was pleased to see younger fans waiting at the Town End to clap the players off. They understand. Every player gave 100% effort; nobody wants to lose. I believe things will improve. In Jay we trust.

Based on the squad right now, I would not be bothered if Sam-Yorke, Prestedge or Magnus left right now. I believe our strongest line-up with everyone fit is:
Worgan
Twumasi Finney Beckwith Anderson
Lewis Reason Paxman
Turgott Loza Coker

Would like to see him just in front of back four, like where played at MK. Would pick him over Reason.

As he’s our only left back we are left with no other option... He is shocking. I would play Seth at left back
