Reece was thought of well at bromley, strong midfielder with a good passing range, got to be happy with this signing, I know nothing of yorke but experience Cambridge Lincoln forest green boring wood and Woking must bode well

Just spoken to a mate who watches Bromley he said he's a good player ,was great at conference south and in the team that won promotion ,but has had limited opportunity in the NL and was loaned to Chelmsford. Woking website saying Sam-Yorke is loaned to us for 2 months, is that right? Also has anyone got any idea on whether Prestedge is permanent or on loan as well?

Reece Prestedge from Bromley & Delano Sam Yorke from Woking have signed I,m sure that Sam Yorke used to play for Basingstoke, big center forward, if he hits form he,s a proper handful for defenders, maybe just what we need, someone with a bit of power and height who knows how to score goals. It's good at Basingstoke and Cambridge.
Then 18 months on 4 different clubs including 3 loans at same club,all at this level ,90 odd appearances and a dozen goals .
Why isn't he needed at woking last time i looked they are in the same battle as us ?
Not being a Debbie downer either Ray all fans look at form and a players history , but let's hope he's got his shooting boots and can get some form back ,baldrick would say it's a cunning plan of woking
I'd say he's better than nothing.

Better than nothing! Actually come to think of it from you that's high praise! |

Four new faces in the last couple of weeks, plus Vaz back and doing well, plus Seth back and maybe even Loza for a bit longer. Can't be bad. Seven new players, almost!
A note of caution to the doom and gloom merchants. New players do not always start well, though am sure we will all be expecting something positive at Guisely, so cross everything!
