Hi Steve . Northern monkeys is a term of endearment, honest .. We do not know ticket arrangements yet. The club will announce when they know ....hopefully a TV company will want to show it live ..So it may get switched to a Friday or Sunday ,who knows at the moment . The most away fans we've ever had is 500 so your allocation will be around that may be a hundred more . Enjoy the day, if you travel. We did friday away to Southend the week before Christmas 3 years ago ,ouch so hopefully any moves are Sunday .Unfortunately 500 will i think be more than enough for us these days but i will be travelling seeing as its a new ground and another to complete the 116.

Always welcome some level headed away fans, beats the random trash talk! It's a hike but I think it's fair to say you will enjoy it. Don't be fooled into thinking "Brenchley Gardens" is a pleasant place to get in touch with nature if you go out. Wow, the amazing, unbeatable Rochdale lost 3-0 at Swindon today - who move out of the relegation zone as a result.

What do we get? A nothing club (who even knew what league Rochdale were in before the draw?) two divisions above us and currently on fire (won their last six games). Well that stat has gone, and they are no longer on fire. So that's taken away the majority of your point.

Erm league one club takes a drubbing on a tuesday night ,beat 6 top sides then lose , this is why we love football .As i said earlier we do NOT take any game lightly and do not underestimate anybody even southern shandy drinkers ( another term of endearment Apples ).

I don't really see anyone being BBB No offence to Rochdale, but if we're gonna draw some team we have very little chance of beating, id rather it be team like Charlton, Gills or Pompey away so it would be a bigger crowd and pretty much a shoo-in to be a TV game Like wise if Rochdale got to round 3 and drew someone like Huddersfield or Norwich. They would be disappointed they didn't get one of the Premier League big boys Evening all ,very true Raymondo apart from the "very little chance of beating" .Wasnt long ago we played pretty poorly and lost to FGR away in an early round ,we have made the third round a few times and again with mixed results to who we have drawn .For me personally its a new ground and another long away day/night and hopefully a good game with the better team on the day winning. What apart from the main stand 100 is the away allocation . You're too kind, we've only beaten 2 teams at home this season, Billericay (2 divisions below) and Braintree (currently in the relegation zone), and we don't have a single home clean sheet. It should be a doddle for you.

Eh? Are we playing Hartlepool or are you just protecting them from Hartlepool? Just wondering how many of us northern monkeys are allowed in .REF earlier post I know. Just thought I'd add a footballing term of endearment of my own. Last time I saw Rochdale play it was a midweek bottom of the table crunch match at home to Carlisle (2004 maybe). I was in the away end because I used to live in Carlisle. Grant Holt dived disgracefully and got Matty Glennon sent off and then scored the resulting penalty. Dale won 2-0. Grant Holt was not popular because he came from Harraby in Carlisle.

I blame Senna. Anyway, it's obvious they're just softening us up...

Carlisle had a really big away crowd that took up pretty much the whole of the side stand and really fancied their chances. Only for the referee to dash them with his failure to distinguish between a dive and a foul. My memory is obviously not that good because it wasn't a midweeker and Holt didn't take the penalty, he scored the second. Other than that I remembered it well
