Gate's last three games:
Bishop's Stortford away
Hemel Hempstead home
Bath City away
Stortford have nothing left to play for, and one win might be enough to keep Gate up, so normally you'd expect Gate to go all out for this one. But, given their recent form (they've lost their last NINE games), it seems unlikely that Bull will manage to get them in the mood to win this one either.
And if they do come away from BS with nothing, they face two very difficult matches - HHT will be fighting to stay/get back in the play-offs, and Bath could still be worried about relegation - I can't see a win for Gate in either of those.
They could still stay up, even then, but as the three teams below are all on 38 (2 points less than Gate), if two of them win just one of their remaining games, Gate are down.

Hell's bells. In the time it took me to write that bloody Truro equalised and Sutton scored!

Their last two games: home to HHT and then away to Bath.
HHT will be fighting to stay in the play-offs, and Bath could well be fighting to avoid relegation.
I think if H&Y manage a win today, Gate are pretty much fucked.

A Further ejaculation: Gate might need this, if all the players get sold they might be better off in the league below. Or the Kent league.

They were awful. I'll be shocked if they stay up.

They were awful. I'll be shocked if they stay up. They can (and probably will) lose their last two games and still stay up - it depends on the two teams below them not winning. And, given their form and their run-ins, it's not that unlikely that both of them will contrive to lose all their games. But, even if Gate survive this season, it's only a matter of time before they go. Without their sugar daddy, they haven't a chance of staying in the NS. And, as applenstones says above, I wouldn't be surprised to see them drop further than that.
