If you can't go to the game, can't go to the pub and don't have Sky (that's me), get on your computer and go to the BBC Wales website. At the top right you'll see a tab saying 'change your location.' I don't know if you need to change it, but on my test run I did alter it to Wrexham. Halfway down the page you will see large left and right arrows. Click the right arrow, the icons move across to the next set and you will see 'watch BBC Wales' at the bottom left. Click on that and confirm you have a TV license, and Robert's your fathers brother.

As I'm in Virgin Media land I did a test on the BlackBerry (as it has an HDMI port yo cable into the TV, which I use for streaming Saturday matches) went to BBC TV pages, on a mobile device I changed my location (bottom of page on mobile pages) to Wales and then selected BBC2.....confirmed I had a TV licence, and next thing I'm watching BBC2 Wales....
Only thing I don't know is will commentary be in Welsh and if so how can I change it to English when online.....
