I was looking forward to this game, but I've just been explaining to the wife why I might not have my son's bedroom finished by the time they go back to school, and she said "but can't you just miss football?".
How can I have married someone with so little understanding of the world?

I'd be surprised if we didn't play a few first team or they will have gone two weeks without a game by the FA Cup game. Plus the Trophy means a lot more than the Kent Cup.

I'm there! Following on from last weeks win at the bookies I have had a look at the odds for maidstone to lift the trophy. 100/1 at bet victor. Worth a cheeky bet stranger things have happened. I also got on at 10/1 to win the league before we kicked a ball and now it's 10/13. Get a couple of cheeky quid on now before they realise how ducking great we are and start slashing the odds.

I think there will be a few there as the fa cup tickets go on genral sale on sat 12.30 so could be a suprise crowd....

Precisely! Plus the more we keep winning and play so well the better the crowds will be. How could you resist? A rolling stone gathers no moss but as we steam roll every team we will certainly gather up more fans? What do you predict?
