He played in a variety of positions and did well whilst doing so. Didn't seem to be caught out on the occasion he played on the left, but is probably someone who could have gone on to learn from those mistakes and become a better player for doing so? Any news on how much longer Richard Davies will be out?

Having only seen Dean Pooley play this weekend , I am not sure if he is what we need in that position. There is this new young lad, only 17, Aaron Simpson, and I have been very impressed in him so far, as mentioned we also have Richard Davies waiting to come back, hopefully it won't be too long. Because of the strength in depth that we have now at the club, it is good for Jay to have that headache in choosing the right players to perform in any which games he sees fit to use. Even at this level and however unpopular it seems to the individuals that are being left out, the whole thing, is maintaining our winning start and get promotion at the end of the season, then if all the players stick together they will then feel that their contribution when needed will have been worthwhile. C'mon you Stones !!
