Freedom of speech is all very well, but it works both ways. If someone has a go at one of the players then they shouldn't get all precious about it if the player has a go back. You gotta laugh at Ravy Davy. he spends all his time on here telling everyone to shut up and not post because they are not backing the manager and then says he is all for freedom of speech. Priceless! Yer he never never criticises the club or players or coaching staff he even spoke out many times in support of PBB right up to the end. He even couldn't moan about Fordys total shambles allways attempting to defend the undefendable, At times it appears he might the clubs PR officer for this forum so its clear he really dislikes freedom of speech.

1. It wasn't me who brought freedom of speech into the debate. Agreed although irrelevant to the comments I made.2.Disagreeing with other people isn't the same as telling them to shut up. Agreed. I commented on when you have told them to shut up. So again, fairly irrelevant to the point I made.So crawl back into your hole and stop going off topic. Your rudeness shows that I am correct.

You really do talk the most utter bollocks sometimes. It's a bit bloody rich accusing me of being against freedom of speech just because I disagree with you, and I hope you're intelligent enough to be able to see the irony, although after what you just posted I rather doubt it.

I reserve the right to be rude to anyone who posts outright falsehoods.

I think Dave U should be MUFC PR officer for the Tonbridge forum. He could march around telling them to shut up and not to say nasty things. That way he wouldn't be on here saying hateful things about me and you, ob1. Come on Bill Williams...seems like a sensible job offer to make

We all know what the moaners think now so time to shut the f**k up and start supporting the team.

If I have abused anyone, tell me who, and when. Maybe you could quote some of the posts in which I abused people. You just can't stand the fact that you are wrong and have been caught out. i take it Dave is the site idiot and trouble maker still can't leave read your own posts you classed the group not the ones!!!!!and I'm right and been caught out for what?having my say your the one who's been shown for what you are!!!!! Yet again you make accusations without any evidence to back them up. I repeat, I have not anywhere in this topic slagged anyone off either individually or as a group. Time for you to stop making false accusations and shut up.

Another self-swording for Davy lad You found two examples, one of which was just expressing exasperation at the amount of negative posts, and certainly wasn't intended to prevent people exercising freedom of speech. The other one was responding to someone who registered on this forum to post lies and insults and was clearly only out to cause trouble, and if he came on here spouting the same rubbish again I would tell him to shut up again. Your main problem with me seems be that I would like a bit more balance from some people who post on here. It's very easy to constantly criticise, but how about being equally enthusiastic about posting when good stuff happens. Why should a forum only be for posting stuff you're unhappy about?

Irrelevance. You said you have NEVER told anyone to shut up and you reserve the right to be rude to anyone who posts outright falshoods. Quite clearly I didn't post an outright falsehood. However, you try to dress up the reasons for saying it you still said it and then subsequently tried to deny that you did.
A self-swording. Just appologise to the board for stating a falsehood and me for rudeness and we can move on.

Also, yet again you hi-jack a topic to start an argument. I merely expressed an opinion. You then argued about it so I stood my ground. You then made a false statement and had the cheek to insinuate that I make outright falsehoods. You have also stated (in quote) that you were 'responding to someone who had registered on this forum to post lies and insults'. You have done both of these things in the space of a few posts. Once again, a pot of contradictions.

Also, yet again you hi-jack a topic to start an argument. Can you please tell me where you stand on hijacking of topics/evolving conversation. I find myself confused Nice to see a new member coming on and trying to lay down the law. Sorry pal, you're just gonna have to take the forum as it is. If you don't like it you can always go somewhere else. I've always detested the argument about going off topic. Conversations evolve. You don't put topical restrictions on spoken conversations so why should forums be any different?
