Lowestoft or AFC Hornchurch ??
Surely after a number of years coming so close it ought to be Lowestoft. However, as we can never beat Hornchurch it might be good if they disappeared up to Conference South for next year ?

Agreed. Lowestoft did pose some problems for us too, but not to the same extent!

At least if there is no change in the score we get the chance the beat AFC Hornchurch twice next year! With the right recruits, we can break that bogey!

Hornchurch fans were very friendly at both games,at our home game we saw several who had walked to Maidstone via the Gravesend ferry, they were impressed with our generosity for the sponsored cause.I look forward to seeing them again.

How ironic. Lowestoft reach Connie South with a ground not up to Connie South standard, a pitch a farmer would be unhappy with, and an attendance of 2,600 (greater than our capacity) yet they have one stand and a small piece of terracing. Oh well, the conference will welcome them with open arms. Sour grapes rant over. Anyways well done Lowestoft, they did put together a tremendous 2nd half run of results and best wishes as they probably deserved promotion more than anyone via the play offs. If only we didn't concede that last minute goal at their ground, we would have been in the play-offs and they wouldn't. Another brilliant irony is they are swapping places with Scumbridge.

Congratulations to Lowestoft. At that is one potential mid-winter nightmare away trip out of the equation

Right who's up for walking to Hornchurch again next season? I was more thinking Weston-Super-Mare if we were to get promoted.
