your comments about young children is absolutely true..i have 2 boys that love coming to midweek fixtures but finishes too late because of school..last season our highest mid week attendance other then the playoffs wss against chipstead, i think you would agree not the biggest draw..but it was during half term.i think the leagues are missing a trick by not having a full league program during the school holidays..i realize that other cup competitions sometimes have to be played but they just dont have the same draw as a league game

There's always next weeks away game (pending waterlogged pitch,floods,crossing closed,snow,roads caving in,accidents,flu epidemic,nuclear war,lion loose in Billericay,A12 swallowed up by a black hole....)

Interesting. In Bognor they are quite happy to go to games on Tuesdays, but in Billericay, they hate Tuesday games! Butlins is closed on a Tuesday.... That logic doesn't really work - Billericay is EXACTLY like Bognor when Butlins is closed all the time! (only without the sea)
