Draws at home won't be so bad if we continue to stay in the race, which we are. A lot more twists and turns to come this season I suspect, and Jay and the boys are keeping us well up there in contention. It's going to be so tight at the top, whoever wins the league will need a slice of luck to edge in front of the others. So if we can just hang in there who knows.

Unfortunately we live in the real world, not some magic fairytale land where everything we want happens just because we wish for it. Have to agree winning leagues is about attrition, a marathon we have every chance of going top again tomorrow and to be in the position we are is a fantastic achievement the unrealistic expectations of some begger belief. Anyone would think winning a league is easy. Its damned difficult even if your a club with the resources. You can plug away for season after season before you reach your goal. Some expect way too much. At some point all clubs have dips a no one has yet been able to hold onto top place Not sure how some peoples expectations can be deemed as unrealistic, my expectations are to win every game especially at home, but I also realise that isn't always going to be possible, due to injuries, the oppositions upping their game and occasionally a bad at the office when nothing goes our way, I don't think we should have a downer on anybody that has dreams or aspirations of us going up this season, I bet the owners expectations are that we go up, are they being unrealistic, I don't think so, yes its a long season and there will be lots of twists and turns, but I think the bedrock of any success is down to home form and as somebody has already alluded to on this forum we have drawn quite a lot at home and yes Dave that is better than losing

Its got nothing to do with a lack of ambition but if you expect total domination I'd call it unrealistic.

I would never expect us to turn team over 6-0 every week, mind you I wouldn't say no , my feet are firmly on the ground I have had years of disappointment following and watching football

I also want to win every week, but I realise it's not going to happen. What I don't understand is the barrage of negativity every time we drop points. It's all very well having armchair experts stating the obvious after every game but surely everyone knows that on the pitch it's not always that easy. Doesn't mean the players aren't trying to do it the right way, or that the management don't have a plan. Who's to say that when we try to change things around the opposition don't do exactly the same to negate any changes we might make.
