Great game and result tonight, a real advert for football at our level (if not the finishing!). Got to say though that the attendance tonight was really disappointing. Where was everyone? We didnt get many more than the ryman cup match last week which doesn't make sense to me at all. The lads and the game deserved a few more in attendance.

Its a good view from your seat Fantastic game of football, not quite sure how it didn't end up 7-6 or something. Just about the only thing your team lacks is the killer instinct in front of goal. I thought your defense dealt with our front two pretty well most of the night but even so we created almost as many gilt edged chances as you did. I haven't seen Dulwich yet but so far I think tonight we probvably saw the best two teams in the division.

Its a good view from your seat Can't believe you weren't behind the goal Curtis with the rest of your lot. Credit where it's due for the noise you guys created. Can only imagine what the atmosphere would have been like if we'd have had the usual number in!

Brilliant game between surely the best two teams in the Ryman Prem, I imagine Wealdstone will bemoan their luck with chances missed but actually I think we created as many chances and arguably better chances.
Slightly harsh on Wealdstone to lose like that but it was always going to take something like that to split the two teams, and despite the rumblings on each of he forums, fairplay to the Wealdstone fans who came tonight and made a lot of noise.

Conpletely agree, a cut above anything else we've seen this season and a pleasure to see two sides using our quality surface and passing the ball around!

Saw a couple of Blue Square jackets in the main staand tonight, I guess from Eastleigh. Wonder what they made of it?

Blue square jackets. While the colour would be a bit of a minor issue for me I have to say the shape would be an awful fit

A couple of factors caused the low attendance in my opinion, a lot of people probably went out with the family to see fireworks displays, I've got a feeling a fair few more casual fans didn't even realise this match was being played as the earliest any one knew for sure was Saturday afternoon. Add to that the weather getting colder and Champions League games on tonight and it's not too hard to see how the numbers were so low.

+ the memories of the nonsense back in August didn't help persuade people to come along. To be fair, Wealdstone fans seemed as good as gold last night and comprehensively out sung the home support ( not difficult ).
