Predictions for saturday. Few cheeky swift ones followed by a cracking home win 4-0 and lots of vocal support from the town end....then maybe 1 cheeky one after. Hoooooraaaah

54-1 to the stones attendance roughly 63,456 and a third (ish) It's good to see the council have finally increased the capacity level, it maybe a bit snug in the town end

A great game to kick off the season. Wealdstone are a quality side with everything in place to push for promotion this year. Having looked at their web site a lot of applause must go to their fans for supposedly bringing in sufficient funds to purchase a new stand at one end . Brilliant well done lads and lasses.
The game will be tight but if we show as much desire to win as we showed in the second half against sittingbourne (albeit a poor sittingbourne side) then we should give them a good game. I loved the "it's like watching brazil" chant, because at that stage in the game with Draycs and Co producing quality interplay, it was an absolute pleasure.
I go for a 1-1 draw with a heartbreaking 92nd minute equaliser. Attendance 1963.
It is a shame to see however a bit of jealousy coming out on their forum with the intention to bring that god'awful "where were you when you went broke" and inevitably "where were you when you were s@@t" and I suspect "where were you at sittingbourne/Ashford". Come on move on everyone, just recognise that times do move on!
I shall certainly be there, come rain or come shine.

According to their forum, all the Wealdstone chaps on the train are heading to MuMu's at 11. Strange choice!
