If you don’t have a printer, but it is best to print it out, then our scanner will be able to read the code off your phone and, if even that didn’t work, we could simply sign you in online with your ticket reference number at the turnstile. A printed barcode would be speedier though! How did this work in pre-season, Nadine? Did the scanner have the opportunity to test itself against barcodes on phones? If so - and it passed said test - I shall be purchasing a couple before I can afford my season ticket in a few weeks

A cheap printer is likely to blur the barcode, thus making it more difficult for the scanner to do it's job. Thankfully it is able to accept barcodes on smartphones, meaning I am able to pay an extra 60p for my ticket. Hardly being tight you bully! And yes, Heathside's office apparently has a good printer. However the secretary is unreliable

We are in the fortunate position that the club issue the supporters clubs with a block of tickets for every game, so we're always sure of getting one for premier games.Something for Maidstone to consider for loyal supporters club / iMUSC members? (rather than just giving priority). I'm not sure how much difference it would make (assuming that I've understood you correctly). For all-ticket games, which should be any game that is expected to sell out, season ticket holders and official fan club members are guaranteed to get tickets if they want them, before they go on general sale. I suppose it would help if a game was to sell out unexpectedly, but that's unlikely to happen, especially with recent work to increase capacity.
