Nice to see you're still alive Mr Uncontactable! Good news if true, just checked the article here but I know he had 2 offers elsewhere, one conference side and also a conference south full time side so says a lot for the club to keep him. I suppose you could say it's "Brilliant"

Jay says - "I like Stubbsy at right-back and think it’s his best position". I'm not sure there are many fans who would agree with that judgement - granted he filled in well at full back, but he was always trying to push forward into midfield. Ah well, water under the bridge anyway, I'll always have the memory of his goal at Chipstead.

Can people move on from the stubbs fiasco he got an offer from us try to get more money elsewhere in the meantime cos he took so long Jay went went out and signed Davies to play at right back.personally pleased the club have taken this stance cos its show the club is a damm sight bigger than a a average player like stubbs

Dan Stubbs added quality to the side when he joined so I wouldn't classify him as an average player. And maybe he does play for the money. His personal circumstances may dictate that he has too. As someone who has had to ask for a pay rise myself recently I can understand this.

Move on now guys please. By the way his phone, dans that is,has the proof of ALL CALLS and texts. Your manager talks more doo doo than a full time doo doo talker. Its available for any to see and read !!!!!! Dans not required at the club so give it a rest now eh?!

Yet another quality signing by Jay and the club, it's exactly what we need good hungry young players who want to play for the club and a few older heads to guide them this season, let's please move along from the Stubbs saga, it's over, he has moved on and so have we, I have no interest in seeing Dans phone or to question our manager on the decisions he has made, he hasn't done anything wrong in my eyes, Maidstone United is bigger than any player, in my humble opinion the player I'm most gutted about who has left is Ade but again I have faith in the manager and the owners.......COYS

If Alex Brown is staying then I am very pleased about that. He is an excellent player with good vision and a great short passing game. I will not forget how he swung the Dulwich game into our favour when he came on, even if it ultimately meant nothing. I was musytified as to why he didn't play more often. Still, I am sure that those of you in the know will soon point out that we needed lots of solid midfield players in preference to ones that can pass properly and tackle by actually winning the ball rather the the player. Alex doesn't tend to have a preference for gobbing off at the referee but I guess I am just misunderstanding lack of passion for control and focus on the football.

Great news if Alex agrees to sign. Would like to see Graeme Andrews sign so we have competition in defence. The squad is looking strong but we know the opposition will also be Strengthening.
