Training session? Ok, I suggest down the Spitfire to watch the Champions League Final; mines a Carlsberg.

I'd be a liability on the pitch and would get sent off within 5 minutes for hacking, but I'll quite happily and pretentiously be part of the management team.

Ok, Prof. As self-proclaimed manager (appointed by Mr O. Ash in reality!) I hereby employ you as the teams fitness coach.

Training you are joking some people may not last the game never mind training anyway it will only confuse people like myself if you start talking tactics , my idea of tactics is 10 blokes running round after the ball, just like schoolboy football Ah, so that's why you support Newcastle then!

Before any team selection decision is made I would like to offer my services as either , Center Half , Captain or both. I am very experienced since I played in both positions in the highly successful cup run ( 2 games) of the Maidstone Schoolboys U11 side in the early 60's. I would be willing play for Traveling Expenses only ?!! No need to provide kit , my mums still got mine ,washed and ironed for such an occasion ! I just can't wait for the highlights of this one to come on MUTV !!! Have fun all.

Deano the Younger has also expressed his intention to play, but doesn't post on here. Doesn't mind what position, but thinks he's probably one of the only people who could last a full game.
