'World Series'? Moneybags? Modest allocation? - Huge lack of class in this report on the Folkestone site.

By most accounts it is Hythe who are the "moneybags", and the "modest allocation" is all Folkestone asked for out of a possible 600 tickets available.

3-2 Maidstone. Kingy, Ade, and Watty. Their bloke with the scandinavian name will get both of theirs. Attendance, announced as 2226 but probably significantly more.

3-3 aet - Stones winning it on pens with Charlie Mitten scoring one, then saving the next one.....what a story that would be!!

I shall be assuming my normal position watching from the lofty heights.
It'll go down to penalties as I have to be up at four tommorow morning.
2-2 AET us 5-4 on penalties.
Full house

On top of the "money bags" and "modest allocation" comments the Folkestone forum also makes some comment in reply to Dave's post about how we paid for Stuart King.
Suggesting if we're not "money bags" we must have paid for him with air mile vouchers.....
Surely even the least intelligent of fans would realise Stuart King was bought with prize money from our FA Trophy run (beating Whitehawk and Salisbury).
Hythe Town fans have got involved as well....but don't they have money from successful cup runs?
Also I seem to remember Neil Cugley (who has done a brilliant job this season) suggesting it was imperative Folkestone had a good cup run this season owing to the financial rewards.
They got knocked out of both FA competitions at the first hurdle and so they actually benefitted financially from our success in the competitions. Although naturally they would have preferred to keep King....but the sale was imperative for the future of their club

On a fan forum, having a pop at the opposition is perfectly acceptable, but the official website should be a bit more respectful.
