2nd Maidstone/Dulwich (still too tight to call) 3rd Hythe Town 4th Faversham 5th Leatherhead (hopefully win one of their games in hand at home to Dulwich)
Matchups
Maidstone/Dulwich v Leatherhead (home win) Hythe v Faversham (home win)
Maidstone/Dulwich v Hythe (home win)
Just my thoughts, Maidstone and Dulwich best 2 teams in the league

Doesn't always go to form though. A few of years ago, Dulwich finished second, 30 points ahead of Worthing in 5th. Guess who went up? It's starting to look like the margin between 2nd and 5th could be of a similar magnitude this year.

Very true, doesn't always go to form but over the last 5 seasons this is how it's panned out: % of teams being promoted 2nd place 60% 3rd place 13.3% 4th place 20% 5th place 6.7% Certainly looks like it helps having the home games by finishing 2nd

How are those percentages worked out, eclipse? I don't see how you can have percentages over 5 seasons that are not in multiples of 20. Unless you are doing something other than just Ryman South.

It seems unfair that you can get over 90 points and still risk staying down.

That is the problem/fault with the playoffs they can become a lottery . A seasons hard work can come to nothing with a team that you have beaten twice in the league and finished 20 points clear off can beat you on a one off game and rob you off promotion

I'm still not sure if we are going to be champs or be in the playoffs, looking at the fixtures can we really expect crawley to beat dulwich? They are on a slump in form, as for leatherhead they start a 3 games in 6 days run tonight, finishing it with dulwich, I'd love them to beat them, but will they be too tired, plus side, they are still in with a playoff shout, which has to be a plus surely

We can not afford to slip up. We should get maximum points from our last 3 games. I can't see Dulwich slipping up against Crawley DG or away to Herne Bay either, Leatherhead away may be more difficult for them, but Leatherhead are likely to be tiring (hopefully so will Dulwich) plus they have a much better away record, lets hope the lure of play offs for them is strong enough to get some points against Dulwich. At the end of the day, we still need Dulwich to lose 1 game or drop 3+ points somewhere and we have make sure we win our remaining 4.

Strong rumours on the Dulwich forum that Danny Carr has left the club. Not sure if they have him until the end of the season but surely a big blow to their title hopes if not.

Leatherhead's first of the 3 games in 6 days has been postponed...leaving them fresher for the Hamlet game

Deep down l hope the league title is not won on this game as Dulwich was leading this game 2-0 after 80 mns and should have been given the points. If Leatherhead were to win this game and make the play offs by 2 points it would leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I don"t think anybody would won"t to win the title or make the play offs on this game.
