It was a two footed lunge knee height as he was carryed off we thought he broke a leg and from the ref well not even a free kick i think i lost it a bit that day...

...your quick telling others certain post's shouldnt be on this forum but when its you you think your someone special.... The whoosh award of the week goes to lee. It's 'you're' for you are and 'posts' was a plural in your sentence so no apostrophe needed. It's not its as you are saying it is.
