Faversham & Hythe swap places and Folkestone upto last spot... Assuming Dulwich will get their 4 points in their next two games and win the league, and looking at the remaining matches left, I think we'll be at home to Leatherhead in the play offs semi. They will possibly get the 5th place as they have 2 games left. However, it's not a foregone conclusion, they form is quite patchy, they have lost to Burgess Hill last week and Horsham today but have beaten Dulwich. Faversham will play Hythe in the other play off, which will be a tough one to call, however Faversham are the in form team at the moment and will just do enough to squeeze through to the final where they will meet us again. A great chance for us to put last weeks match behind us. COYS!

Yes play offs starting to take shape with Maidstone or Dulwich in 2nd place, Faversham and Hythe have now confirmed their places with finishing position to be confirmed. Final qualifier will be one from Folkestone, Leatherhed of Ramsgate. Could even turn out to be an all Kent affair but should be exciting whichever way it goes.

Great. Leatherhead played us off the park at the Gallagher, Folkestone gave us a very good game and achieved a draw and Ramsgate only got beaten in the 390th minute.

So as long as the Stones have the form we're capable of this Saturday and DH possibly lose against an in-form BHT the title is ours. If not, play-offs probably against the Kent clubs...

Tonight's penultimate game results put Hythe up to 3rd and Leatherhead up into 5th at the expense of Folkestone.

Folkestone need a win against Herne Bay and hope Leatherhead drop points against Faversham. Ramsgate are out of it (barring an 8 goal swing). So, looks like our old friends from Leatherhead will be visiting on Tuesday unless Burgess Hill pull of a result at Dulwich

Folkestone should beat Herne Bay (who have just changed manager and are trying to change their style of play). Faversham are -in case you haven't noticed - quite high up and not a bad side. Leatherhead could well drop points against them.

A point isn't enough for Leatherhead, a draw will take them to 71 pts, if Folkestone win they too will have 71 pts. At the moment they both have GD of plus 23. So, Leatherhead really need to beat Faversham and that's not such an easy task, Leatherhead have a poor home record whilst Faversham as we know have an excellent away record. Faversham may be better off staying 4th and being away to Hythe in semis as Hythe have lost 6 at home this season.

Have a feeling Folkstone may yet get 5th place, they are at home to Herne Bay, a win would take their goal difference above Leatherhead's meaning a draw for Leatherhead at home to Faversham wouldn't be enough. Expect Hythe to win at Walton and so take home advantage against Faversham, that will be a tight game.

When was the last time we were in a play-off? Was it Cambridge in Div IV?

I assume the title trophy will be at Champion Hill...so will there be a replica at the GS just in case?

Last time we won the league, I believe that they had the trophy in a car somewhere between our game at Walton Casuals and Tooting & Mitcham's game, wherever it was. I distinctly remember having to wait 30 mins or so for the trophy to arrive, despite the fact that we were top going into the last game that year.
So presumably the trophy will be somewhere like Clackett Lane until the results come in.

Something like 12 minutes of stoppage time, a couple of false starts for the pitch invasion at the end, and then another half hour or so waiting for the trophy. It's never easy being a STones fan.
