And so it is nearly upon us…you may be going simply to visit the birthplace of Trevor Sinclair or you fancy doing some celebrity spotting and hope to see locals Ronnie Corbett or Jo Brand. Or perhaps you may even be going to watch a small little game of footie which is, as you know, not at all important or anything!!!
Whatever the reason, Dulwich has proved to be the busiest coach trip so far with the second coach now full and names being taken for a possible third – I just wanted to remind everyone who has booked that it is ticket only and tickets must be paid for in advance.
We’re here at The Gallagher Stadium from 8am to late Monday through Sunday and I’ll be lurking near the programme table on Saturday from 1pm.
If you want to pay over the phone, no problems at all simply call 01622 753817 or email me with any questions on nmiller@maidstoneunited.co.uk

I'm afraid if you are coming to see little Ronnie you will be disappointed as he lives in Addington nr Croydon. Celebrities in Dulwich area are Jo Brand, Jenny Eclair, Robert Glenister and James Nesbit. My favourite celebrity that used the football club gym upto a few years ago was Mick McManus, he must have been nearly 80 and his hair was still jet black! A lovely man. Can't wait for next Tuesday, yes we've had a few indifferent results lately but in fairness it has been down to the pitches and us not taking our chances. Again it won't be easy for us tonight as I think the pitch will be very sticky in places. We don't have the same problem at home so next Tuesday should be an absolute cracker. Up the Hamlet!

Yes, I was well impressed with your perfomance on the best playing surface in the league. Now what was that result again ?

Anyone thinking of driving up to Dulwich but worried about finding a parking space near the ground, might find this website handy www.parkatmyhouse.com/You put in the postcode of where you are going and it will show you people who have a driveway or parking space to rent nearby. If all the closest ones to the ground are already booked out, you could look for a space close to a tube station that then gets you to East Dulwich for example You can book a space for an hour or so, or as long as you need. It's relatively cheap but best of all you know before you set off, where you will be parking

How bad is the parking situation at Dulwich, Is it no parking for miles around or is it a case that people refuse to walk more than five mins to the ground? Just asking because I will drive up and am not bothered by getting there early and strolling a bit.

There is no problem with parking. The car park no doubt will be full so we have an overflow road on the side of the car park. Alternatively you can park in Sainsburys, although they state they ticket they actually don't.

Cheers, BP. What about free street parking. I am very adverse to paying for parking. Pathalogically so . I don't mind a walk, particularly if I can get a bag of chips to accompany me and our 1-0 win

There's free street parking on the roads off Lordship Lane, though you might have to hunt a bit. There's a chippy on the walk (Dulwich Frier).

You seem adverse to paying for anything what with wondering into home games at half time too.

Best to leave your car in Sainsburys then as it is free and far safer than the streets of SE London.
