Would have to agree 'antstone why sign up and put a stupid post onto the forum, IslandStone we would never have him, bloody hell with all the plans of extending the standing areas, we would need a much bigger dugout for his massive head which i am pretty sure has its own time zone, i do wonder if he has to sleep sitting up due to his massive head, its like an orange on a cocktail stick......Keep up the good job Jay

First message but the thought of him has made me shudder! Would be better off at looking at some of the other younger coaches around the county to help Jay out if needed rather than going backwards. Anyway Jay doing ok by me.

Jay still learning so lets look at the possibles:
UP AS CHAMPIONS - Jay to stay with someone joint or no 2 with experience.
UP AS PLAY OFF CHAMPS - Someone experienced with Jay maybe no 2
FAIL TO GO UP - Someone new, sorry Jay
Harsh maybe but......

Perhaps the answer is linked to the other reasent thread on here. Iggy is on an F A coaching course Perhaps we should wait till the end of the season to start discussing Jays position. Give the bloke some respect to do his job , which he is doing rather well.

It depends on what the club has asked of the manager, if its promotion and not accepting anything less then there is only one outcome if it isn't achieved but id prefer us to be a development club. If we are pushing the player development and the coaching development then why not the development of young management, stability beats chopping and changing everytime.
