I *think* Watt's suspension will be against Chipstead away (Saturday week). Suspensions commence fourteen days after they are triggered at our level. So that's Tuesday 19 March if you have a game that night, or the first game after that date. (If it was a straight red for what the referee adjuged "a stamp", as described by others on this thread, I would imagine it will be a three match ban not just one.)

It was a 2nd yellow and not a straight red, will that make any difference to the level of punishment

In-form Faversham will come to the Gallagher and take points If I remember rightly, Faversham were in-form when we won 4-0 at their place.

Its a strange league and teams seem to be turning each over, lets just wait and see what each game brings

Faversham back into second thanks to a winning goal by former Stones favourite Lynden Rowland! Do they allow players on the field in their wheelchairs, then? Must be that non-discrimination malarkey!

Watt's rather harsh red card. Bit of an understatement after re-watching it! Fantastic tackle then tried to step over the player once he realised where his foot was going / moved it / barely touched the Folkestone bloke!

Problem is Straight red can be appealed, 2nd yellow cannot
Referee bottled it methinks, there is no such thing as a yellow card for a stamp!!!!!!

Jay said on the interview after the game that he asked the ref about the 2nd yellow card and the ref surprisingly said he wasn't sure what happened, crap referees

I thought we lacked passion and imagination in the 1st half. More than made up for it in the second half. On the yellow cards, Watt talked himself into the first one and looked like he could have avoided the player for the second although I may change my mind when I see the TV footage. Thought Jerome Sobers had an excellent game read the the game well and just looked solid. For me he was our best defender on the night and hope he keeps his place in the team.

If he had headed the ball out rather than player silly buggers they wouldn't have scored their equaliser. Though I guess you could argue if the two up top came back when down to 9 it may have made a difference.

A look at why we conceded the 2nd, we had an injured player who Jay had already decided to substitute and we should have made the substitution immediately before play restarted. that way we`d of had 10 on pitch and that massive gap they attacked in would likely not of been there. That said, great 2nd half and would happily of settled for the draw at the time of the sending off.
