It's nice of them to freeze it for the 5th successive year. £10 for Ryman one is amazing value.

Obviously the wags will see me right, but weren't the prices kept high for the ground construction? Obviously the crowds are bigger than expected, and I'm assuming due to budget creep we're probably still paying.....
But it would have been a better gesture to bring the prices into line with the rest of the league. How they could have possibly ever contemplated raising the price and kept a straight face is be beyond me.

Evening, this is the admin problem waving!
Current holders should have had an email to the address you gave when you signed up last year – if you didn’t then a letter should be arriving soon.
What we’re asking is if you are a current holder please email me your seat number, preferred email, current address, contact number and whether you want to renew your seat or ground ticket. Demand is set to be high for seating and we don’t want to disappoint! Tickets will go on general sale after Ramsgate on Tuesday 2 April.
Any questions or queries please call 01622 753817 or email nmiller@maidstoneunited.co.uk see you tomorrow x

I should get a 100% discount for standing on the terraces listening to Shakey, Binsey and Ragstone!
Zig's Duck - £10 for Ryman One is not amazing value. The other clubs are generally cheaper. This is not a complaint BTW because I am happy to pay £10 and get the ground we have.

Sorry Adrian £10 must be good value because the higher price is not putting off fans. Highest prices but highest crowds. One for the economists to go figure.

Sorry, Steve but your foray on to my home ground of economics is not going to be as successful as my foray on to your home ground of writing. I said £10 for Ryman One is not amazing value NOT £10 is not amazing value. you can't ignore half the statement to correct me.
You may also wish to conduct research into what the crowds would be at prices of £9 and £11 to see if there was an increase in revenue before considering such an answer as the one you gave.

Fair enough Ade, however the league we play in is irrelevant I feel. The cost also reflects the match day experience. Better players, better ground etc etc. Sure Rangers do not charge Scottish Third Division prices. But I take your point.

I don't disagree on your point about value reflecting various things and ultimately value is reflected by demand. However, the set comparison given was Ryman one and that was what I was responding to. If you ask whether we are good value then I think we are because we hacve a decent ground, watch a decent team, there is a decent atmosphere etc etc. Zig's original comment is probably a bit loose and we must be careful not to muddle value and price here.

True.. as the old saying goes, some people know the price of everything but the value of nothing!

I understand divisions are expanding next season to 24 teams, so that would mean 23 home games. Doesn't appear that this has been taken into account. Thank you Pat, i do believe there are going to be stocks out tonight for you, what do you prefer rotten tomato's or oranges to be thrown at you, lol

Please show me the proof of where that has occurred, Ravy Davy. It is no good getting upset because you are constantly proven factually incorrect by a process of logical thinking..
