Another massive match rolls up for us tomorrow evening.
I see on the Folkestone FC website that they are really getting ready for it and will be well supported by a large contingent of fans. This despite another match of some significance to others on the TV involving the other MUFC.
With Stuart King now getting into the form which made Jay go out and get him, I think we can expect a super match, with his link up play and that little bit of unexpectedness. Also no doubt they will put two on him thus releasing our other quality players to take advantage. Have a listen to his interview on the main site. Really good and he is very optimistic.
If we can now put together a run of results and keep our players free from injury I truly think we can stretch away from the chasing pack. Clearly we have to rely upon others nicking points of Dulwich, but that can happen this (or indeed any) time of the year.
Let's all get behind the boys tomorrow night and give them the confidence to go onwards and upwards. COYS.

We must go into the Folkestone game with some sort of plan to combat their offside trap. They have done this now for a number of seasons, to great effect, and so far we are at times a bit clueless as to how to beat it. Good interview with King , interesting. 2 nil to us , or any sort of win really would do. I predict possibly a frustrating evening so as voiceofreason said we must get behind Jay and the lads. And be patient.

Really looking forward to this one, Folkestone are not having as good a season as I thought. Lets hope everyone wants to see the real MUFC rather than watching tv.the warmer weather will be great!!

Hopefully King will have the intelligence to time his runs to beat the offside trap - I think Folkestone will take the gamble and play it away from home, certainly worked for them last season at Bourne Park. Will certainly give the game a different feel to other home fixtures where teams camp on the edge of their box and invite us to try and break them down.
Need to get behind the boys tomorrow both halves, seems like the lovely chaps at Folkestone are up for it, will be the largest and most vociferous away contingent seen since Dulwich I imagine.

I will settle for any sort of result as long as the performance is good, only problem I can see is that they set up in such a way to try and frustrate the team and ultimately that will spread to the fans, so we need everybody to get behind the team from the first whistle until the final whistle......COYS and of course Kingy to get a hat trick

Well, if "Hanks" does turn up, hopefully our stewards will move him on if he stands in front of any home fans trying to incite them, unlike their steward who did nothing.

id like to meet this 'hanks' bloke. sounds like he was the highlight of that day. He was an absolute bell end, still he brightened up an otherwise dull game

I think that Merstham might get something from Dulwich tomorrow night ;D
Unbeaten for the last 5 matches beating Sittingbourne, Folkestone and Crawley Down Gatwick and drawing with Corinthian Casuals and Hythe.

I remember Folkestone fans as being pretty gracious in defeat when we went there and relegated them in 2008 so don't focus on ne bloke too much.
Having said that, I hope we do a good job on them tonight. The battle with Dulwich is shaping up now.
