I wonder how Steveh will dress this one up? "We're so lucky to watch that at home". Yes I agree with that sentiment, but paying top dollar for that I dont. For the record, i agree yesterday was poor. Very poor. My point about the over-reaction on here to the Folkestone game was that some of our fans seem unable to differentiate between good and ordinary opponents. Yes we should beat Burgess Hill at home.. but away to Folkestone? Why the assumption? And.. they beat Leatherhead 2-0 at home yesterday btw so our draw there suddenly does not seem so bad! No excuses for yesterday. Dire.

Yesterday we were shocking, i try to think of the positives from every game and i really cant think of any apart from the new centre back looked a class above.
I dont think we managed to string more than four passes together throughout the whole game, playing Alex Brown wide right doesn't work, no creative spark in the middle of the park, at times it was difficult to see which team was top of the league as they played much better football than us in the first half, route one football isn't the way forward and Flisher needs to get more of the ball.
Bring back Danny Lye!

You may be joking (or not) but who better to disrupt their passing game?

Did you see the 'highlights' of the Leatherhead game? Their first goal, I thought Danny was having a game of statues!

No excuses for yesterday. Dire. Maybe because Folkestone have cut their budget and sold us their best player to try and stay in business! However in Neil Cugley they have an experienced and wily old manager that got his tactics right while we hoofed it!
