Good Thread This:
a) The Greyhound ( Sheps Pub near the Prison ). Now shamefully houses. b) The Pilot ( Harveys ). c) The Society Rooms - Ok I know that for some people Whetherspoons are the spawn of the devil, but you can't knock cheap ale...................

The Swan Loose Rd Ah, great memories in my early years, best New Year parties ever, even met the misses there, apparently Trolley and I were sitting feet from each other but we didn't meet for another 20 years!

Soulless lowlife types. Would you not use that to describe identikit pubs frequented by Stone Island wearing chavs? Granted I've not been in there for years. Well Maidstone for that matter.
Stay back in London after work for drinks of go to the Horseshoes in E Farliegh these days.

I've been out of town for sooo long now, I don't know anymore. One that holds good memories for me from college though, is The Walnut Tree up Tonbridge Road.

Was there last night watching the football and redesigning the European competitions over a couple of pints of ale. It's about the only place I go for a drink in Maidstone. The town centre in the evening is to be avoided at all costs.

You'll have all the goth types cowering in the corner hissing at you when you walk by them to the bar.
Does the Union Bar count? I'll switch one of mine with that.
