A number of supporters and our snow plough are clearing the pitch. The pitch is soft underneath as the snow provided the much needed insulation. Still a long way to go as we have to ensure the walkways and stadium are clear of ice and snow. Things are looking promising at the moment, its now down to the ref. By all accounts he is Russian so he should be in his element. Whatever the result our supporters and groundsman have done a remarkable job.

I'll be watching as I'm working just down the road. If it's on I'll be there, if not simply going home.

really good news - not a flake of snow here overnight when the bbc were forecasting light snow all night! so hoping it is similar over in dulwich. plus it doesn't feel as cold as it did yesterday.
really hopeful about this one.

Crawey Downs website says GAME OFF for them, so Dulwich Vs us is the only one to survive.

If it was any other team than Maidstone, I doubt DH would have put the effort in to make sure the game went ahead, given that all other games in Ryman divisions are off. But, fair play to all the locals that helped them achieve it. Decision to make now, train or car ?
