Well what a difference to the last few home games, we came out in both half well up for it and the whole team played really well, i will also like to say how well Ian Draycott played today, not only his goals but his link up play was first class, he put in a tremendous shift just like Shaun Welford who was on the end of most balls. My man of the match would be Alex Brown who i thought played really well and passed the ball around and took a couple of good shots. Just off for my slice of humble pie

I think that its a close call for the MOM between Draycott and Brown, Draycott's work rate was exellent, but Brown just shaded it for me, when he had the ball it always seemed that something might just happen. And on a personal basis, Whitely again is so much more effective on the right flank, I know he played left to accomodate Brown playing right midfield, but when he has to cut inside to cross with his right foot, he is just better getting to that right by-line..

Not been a big fan of Draycott up to now. Always good for a goal or two but other than that his overall contribution and understanding with his strike partner just hasn't been good enough. But he was like a completely different player today. He seemed to have a good understanding with Shaun, positioning and link up play was very good and of course he got two goals as well. I pretty sure this isn't the first time he's played in his favoured position, but it's the first time it has looked like it. Man of the Match for me, closely followed by Phillips and Brown.

Good performance overall , Draycott was superb. The score flattered sittingbourne. Looked like we were getting back to how we were playing earlier in the season. 2291 fantastic. Well done Jay for calling it right with the lineup

Looked different class today in all areas, having Mr Welford back seemed to fire the troops, but 2-1 was the very least we deserved.
Fantastic start to the year, and to think we had 2 players on the bench who have over 20 goals between them.
As for the crowd, say no more, the future is bright.

Superb afternoon. Any news on Andrews? Only downer was the performance of Whitley, I don't understand his prescence at all and would prefer to see Woolery given more game time.

Massive crowd. Loved it. Brown gets my vote. I agree about Whitley being less effective on the left. Also think that when we play football on the floor Phillips is a cut above. Played some pretty football today. Welford is deceivingly quick!!! noticed that today more than ever. He is a real handful. Well done boys
