While deleting a load of members who had not engaged in the forum within the last 5 years, i accidentally deleted some members who had posted very recently. I can't seem to undo this action, so if you found yourself deleted, it wasn't intentional. Please re-apply and i will approve them ASAP. On the up side I tried to join this forum 8-9 months back and at last, today, I'm through. Had actually forgotten that I applied. Greetings everybody. My name related to an event at Portman Road where a Norwich defender passed back to his keeper (Brian Gunn). The ball hit a divot and he completely missed his clearance only to watch the ball trickle over the line. Laugh. I thought the bloke next to me was going to have a heart attack. I only wanted to come on here to welcome everybody to Ipswich. To assure you all we were friendly. And point out the best pubs. I believe you enjoyed the day. Somebody must have sat on my season ticket seat (Block B row L seat 33). Why can't your boys play like that everyday ? Why can't ours at the moment ? What happened to the MONEY ? COYB/COYY With regards as to what happened to the money - there were many many projects to spend it on such as a new pitch, new gantry, debts of £200k and obviously there is the bonus to players and staff. However you have to feel annoyed at the lack of anything permanent that came from it, and the fact that it's taken us 4 months to try and get grants for simply some toilets. |
