For those wanting to see if we can complete the "quadruple" over Dartford, note, per their Twitter(now known as "X") feed, it is pay on the day only and segregated as per the league game. COYS!

Wish they’d scrap the county cups. All for retaining footballing traditions but honestly would anyone really be sad to see it go, even those who fans of the smaller Kent clubs? Only thing it was ever good for is serving out suspensions in meaningless games

Strangely though, or maybe not considering the shambles that is the FA, cards picked up in the KSC count in the league and all other FA competitions.

Either way can’t see them surviving too much longer - hopefully at least!

I ceased to care about the KSC years ago.
It's well past time it was either abandoned, or reformed as a reserves/U23 competition (which, in reality, is what it already is).
It's long ceased to matter to any club at our level and above - perhaps at lower levels too?

Wonderful. Burgers as lukewarm as Dartford's home support.

It's long ceased to matter to any club at our level and above - perhaps at lower levels too? It definitely has a new purpose, in helping bring structure for players that might be on the fringes of a squad, or coming back from an injury. I wouldn’t generally travel for an U-23’s game. But as others have said, beating Dartford four times in a single season would be really, really funny.

Maybe keep it for tradition sake but only for teams below NLS level? It’s a waste of space for full time Kent clubs like us for sure but I’m sure Punjab or Sheppey would love to win it?

I actually quite like the KSC. After all we’ve won it twice recently, both times when we weren’t otherwise having a great season. We’ve beaten Gillingham three times, and it gives the reserves and fringe players a chance for glory.

Hopefully two wins for Weymouth and Welling to add to tonight’s win for us

We've put out a surprisingly strong team for a Kent senior cup match, I really hope we don't end up with any injuries from what is a pretty unimportant game.

Apparently, if anyone is interested, we won on penalties

I wonder how much of that was down to the U23’s league game at home. I would have at least expected the weekend bench players to start! As usual for any other game, George put out the team he felt best poised to win, and we did! We were able to recover from a slow start, but there were tired legs out there. Liam Sole especially seemed to cramp up after his penalty, here’s hoping that’s all it was.
